Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:


1 c. cashew nuts (raw) 1/3?1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water 4 oz. jar pimentos, drained
1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
4 tsp. onion powder 3 tbsp. corn starch
BLEND above ingredients. COOK for 10 minutes after it starts to bubble.
ADD:
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. sliced olives
COOK 5 minutes. CHILL before serving. YIELDS: 5 cups.
