1 lg Broccoli, (about 1 1/2 lb) 1 ts Dried oregano
2 tb Olive oil 1 ts Salt
1 Onion -- chopped 1/2 ts Ground cumin
4 Cloves garlic -- minced 2 tb Water -- or more if needed
Cut broccoli florets into bite-size pieces. Heat oil over medium-high
heat, add onion and saute until transparent, 5 to 10 minutes. Add
garlic to the skillet and stir over medium heat until softened, about
2 minutes. Add oregano, salt, cumin and broccoli pieces and stir
constantly for about 2 minutes. Add water, cover and simmer for 10
minutes, or until broccoli is bright green and tender.
