Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 lb Shark fillets or steaks 1/2 c Butter
Salt and pepper Juice of 1/2 lemon
ds Paprika

Season fish fillets to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with
paprika. Melt butter in saucepan. Add lemon juice. Place fish on
broiler rack. Gently pour lemon-butter over fish. Broil on both
sides until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Serves: 6 From:
