Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

---------------------------CRUST--------------------------------
1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs 6 tb Unsalted butter(3/4 stick)
1 tb Sugar -melted

------------------------FUDGE LAYER-----------------------------
6 tb All purpose flour -chopped
1/2 ts Baking powder 1/2 c Sugar
1/8 ts Salt 1 lg Egg
1/2 c Unsalted butter (1 stick) 1 lg Egg yolk
-cut into 8 pieces 1 ts Vanilla extract
4 oz Semisweet chocolate; chopped 2 c Snickers bars (ab.8 1/2 oz)
1 oz Unsweetened chocolate; -(cut into 1/2-inch pieces)

---------------------CREAM CHEESE LAYER--------------------------
10 oz Cream cheese; room temp. 1 ts Vanilla extract
1/3 c Sugar 2 oz Milk chocolate; chopped
1 lg Egg 2 tb Whipping cream

FOR CRUST: Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350 deg.
Butter 9-inch-diameter deep-dish glass pie dish. Combine graham
cracker crumbs and sugar in medium bowl. Add melted butter and stir
until well incorporated. Press graham mixture evenly into bottom and
up sides of prepared dish. Bake until crust is set, about 5 minutes.
Cool on rack. Maintain oven temperature.

FOR FUDGE LAYER: Sift flour, baking powder and salt into medium bowl.
Combine butter semisweet chocolate and unsweetened chocolate in top of
double boiler set over simmering water. Stir until melted and smooth.
Remove from over water and cool slightly. Using 05/29 11:18 pm Don
Fifield -Marietta, GA yolk in medium bowl until slightly thickened,
about 1 min. Add vanilla and cooled chocolate mixture and mix until
well blended. Add dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
