1 c Non-fat dry milk 1/3 c Boiling water
2/3 c Sugar 3 tb Margarine
Combine dry milk, sugar, water and margarine in a blender and process
until smooth. Use as you would commercial sweetened condensed milk. To
further reduce fat - reduce or eliminate the margarine. Cover and store in
regrigerator. Makes the equivelant of 1 - 14 oz. can.
