3 md Red potatoes -- scubbed 2 ts Margarine
1 bn Green onion -- chopped 1/2 ts Fresh ground pepper
10 oz Frozen peas 2 tb Fresh mint -- chopped
Cut potatoes into 3/4" pieces. Place potatoes and onions in a
saucepan, barely cover with water and bring to boil. Simmer until
just tender. add peas, cover and cook for 1 minute. Drain, add
margarine, pepper and mint. Toss gently and heat for 1 minute more.
