Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 c Stewed rhubarb 8 Strawberries
1 c Whipping cream

In food processor puree stewed rhubarb until smooth transfer to
serving bowl. Whip cream and gently fold into rhubarb leaving
streaks. Garnish each serving with a strawberry. From Canadian Living
