Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
8 oz Cream cheese 1 tb Lemon juice
1 cn Salmon 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Horseradish 1/2 c Pecans
2 tb Minced onion
Soften cheese; clean salmon. Mix cheese, salmon, horseradish, onion,
lemon juice and salt together in a bowl. Form into oval shape; coat
with nuts. Serve with Sociable crackers or my favorite Ritz, etc. Let
chill several hours before serving. Randy Rigg
