1/2 c Milk 3 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Margarine or butter, melted 2 ts Onion, finely chopped
4 sl Bread -- torn into pieces 1 ts Salt
1 cn 15 1/2oz Salmon, 1/2 ts Pepper
Drained/flaked Paprika
2 Eggs, separated
Preheat oven to 350~. Mix milk, margarine and bread; stir in salmon,
egg yolks, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Beat egg whites until
stiff; fold into salmon mixture. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart
casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, until puffed and
golden, about 1 hour. Serves 6.
