1 sm Onion -- chopped 1/2 c Fresh finely shredded lemon
1 sm Green bell pepper -- Pepper to taste
Chopped 1 tb Fresh basil -- =OR=
1 sm Red bell pepper -- chopped 1 tb Dried leaf basil
1 Tomato -- chopped Hot red pepper flakes --
1/2 c Fresh lemon juice -- =OR= Optional
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Let stand 20 minutes before
serving. Add hot pepper flakes if desired. Makes 2 cups. Yield: 16
(2-tb) serving.
