1 1/4 lb Boneless chicken breasts, 1 c Green beans, julienned
-cubed 4 c Chicken bouillon
2 tb Coconut oil 5 tb Soy sauce
1 sm White radish, julienned 2 ts Honey
1 sm Carrot, juilenned 1/8 ts Salt
1 c Potatoes, juilienned 1 ts Green peppercorns
1 Leek, white part only, 1/4 lb Cooked cleaned shrimp
-julienned
Saute chicken in hot oil until tender. Add vegetable strips and saute
a few minutes longer, stirring constantly. Heat chicken bouillon and
pour over vegetables. Cover pan and simmer 15 minutes. Season with
soy sauce, honey, salt and green peppercorns. Add shrimp and reheat
over low heat for 1 minute. Serve.
