Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:



3 tb Butter or margarine
3 tb Flour
1/3 c Dijon style mustard
1/4 ts Paprika
1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
1/8 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Salt
3 c Half and half cream
1/4 c Dry sherry
6 oz Cooked crabmeat
6 oz Cooked shrimp
6 oz Cooked lobster
8 Baked patty shells

In a medium saucepan,melt butter.Mix in flour.Cook 2 to 3
minutes.Add mustard,paprika,cayenne pepper,nutmeg and salt.Slowly,mix
in cream.Cook,stirring until mixture comes to a boil and
thickens.Stir in sherry and seafood,cut into bite size pieces.Fill
patty shells.
