3 md Baking potatoes
1 ts Oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Dried parsley flakes
1/2 ts Coarsley ground black
Pepper
Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 wedges. Arrange, skin side down, in
12x8" baking dish. Brush cut edges with oil. In small bowl, combine
salt, garlic powder, parsley flakes and pepper; sprinkle over
potatoes. cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 9-11 minutes or
until potatoes are tender.
Heat broiler. Place potatoes on broiler pan; broil 4-6" from heat 3-4
minutes or until browned. 6 servings.
Per serving: 110 calories, 3 g protein, 25 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber,
1 g fat (8%), 0mg cholesterol, 190 mg sodium, 460 mg potassium, 1 1/2
starch exchanges.
