See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
8 Chicken Thighs 3/4 c Ground Parmesan cheese
2 oz Honey 1/2 ts Marjoram or thyme leaves,
2 oz Commercial BBQ Sauce -crushed
1 1/4 c Oat Flour (if not available 1/2 ts Salt
-use wheat flour) 1/4 ts Pepper
Heat honey in saucepan until thin enough, then mix with BBQ sauce. Mix
ingredients in a plastic bag. Dip chicken into liquid, then drop into
plastic bag and shake until well coated. Place side by side into
baking dish. Pour remaining liquid between pieces, and sprinkle dry
ingredients onto top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees F. for one hour,
or until no red comes to the surface when you pierce chicken with a
fork. Remove chicken from disk, and allow fat to drain off. Don't
attempt to eat this wearing evening formal wear! Neat it ain't, but
good it is!
