1 tb Oil
1 lb Boneless skinless chicken
-breasts, cut into strips
4 c Vegetables (broccoli
-flowerets, red pepper
-strips, sliced water
-chestnuts)
1 1/2 c Chicken broth
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Cornstarch
1 ts Garlic powder
3/4 ts Ground ginger
2 c MINUTE Original Rice,
-uncooked
Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cooking Time: 15 minutes.
1. STIR-FRY chicken in hot oil in large skillet until browned. Add
vegetables; cook and stir until tender-crisp.
2. MIX broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and spices; stir into skillet.
Bring to boil; boil 1 minute.
3. MEANWHILE prepare rice as directed on package. Serve chicken and
vegetables over rice.
