1 c Kraft fatfree Miracle whip 3/4 t Prepared horseradish
1/2 c Chile sauce 6 c Boston lettuce
3/4 t Worcestershire sauce 2 lb Shrimp, shelled, deveined
1 ea Tb gratd onion -and cooked
1 ea Tb chopped parsley
-----------------------MAKE DRESSING----------------------------
Combine Miracle Whip, chile sauce, Worcestershire, grated onion,
parsley and horseradish. Beat with a rotary beater until smooth and
well combined. Refrigerate, covered, several hours until very well
chilled. To serve: Arrange lettuce cups on individual small plates.
Chop shrimp coarsley. Divide evenly itno lettuce cups. Spoon some of
the dressing over shrimp. Serve immediately. Per serving: 214 cal.,
2g fat (8%), 295mg chol., 33g pro., 16g carb., 1046mg sod. Butter
