2 lb Ground chuck 1 cup 1 ea 28-ounce can tomatoes
-water -sauce
Or beef 1 ea 8-ounce can tomato sauce
2 md Onions, chopped 2 1/2 -1 cup raw rice (converted)
-teaspoons salt 2 1/2 t Chili powder
2 ea Green peppers, chopped 2 t Worcestershire
Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat. Put all ingredients in
CROCK-POT. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours.
