Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

8 oz Eckrich Smoked Sausage
1 pk Frozen whole kernel corn,
-thawed (16 oz)
1/2 md Red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c Chopped green onions
1 cn Sliced ripe olives, drained
-(2.25 oz)
1/4 c Dijon vinaigrette dressing
1/4 ts Hot red pepper sauce, or to
-taste
Lettuce leaves

Cut sausage lengthwise and saute over medium heat until lightly
browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet, slice and let cool.
Combine corn, bell pepper, onions, and sausage in medium bowl. Add
dressing and pepper sauce; mix well. Serve immediately on lettuce
leaves or cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
