1 Chili pepper -- seeded
Diced
1/2 ts Red pepper powder
1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Lemon juice
2 tb Coriander leaves -- chopped
Peel the potatoes and cut into 1/2" cubes. Place in a bowl and add
the chili, red pepper, salt, lemon juice and coriander. Toss well to
mix. Serve at room temperature with Tamarind Chutney. 81 calories
