2 lb Crab;unshelled, cooked 1/4 c Peanut Oil
2 c Coconut Milk 1 tb Curry Paste
3 tb Soy Sauce 3 Scallion;chopped;
2 ts Honey
Leaving the shell on the crab, cut it into serving size pieces and
crack each piece.
In a large sauce pan, heat peanut oil and curry paste over high
heat until mixture bubbles. Add all other ingredients except
scallions and cook 8 minutes, until crab is heated through.
Add scallions, stir, and serve over steamed rice.
