Spicy pizza with quick cornmeal crust

Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/4 c Flour 3/4 lb Lean ground beef
3/4 c Yellow cornmeal 1 pk Taco seasoning
1 1/2 tb Baking powder 3/4 c Salsa
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper 1 Green pepper -- sliced
3/4 c Milk 1 md Tomato -- sliced
2 1/2 tb Vegetable oil 2 c Mozzarella cheese -- grated

In medium bowl combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and cayenne
pepper. Add milk and oil; stir with a fork until dough forms a ball.
Sprinkle greased bottom of a 15x10x1 inch jellyroll pan with 1 T
cornmeal. Press dough into pan. Bake in 425 F oven 12 to 15 minutes
until lightly browned. In medium skillet, brown groiund beef,
stirring until thoroughly cooked; drain fat. Add taco spices and
salsa; blend well. Spread meat mixture over prepared crust.Layer
green pepper and tomato over top.; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15
minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
