1 tb Olive oili 1 tb Jalapeno chile -- minced
1/2 lb Bay scallops -- (or sea 1 tb Fresh cilantro -- minced
Quartered) 2 ts Fresh lime juice
1 c Tomato -- chopped 1 ts Garlic -- minced
1/2 c Red onion -- sliced 14 ts Salt
pn Crushed red pepper 1 12" pizza crust 1 1/4 c Fontina; shredded
2 tb Cilantro leaves Preheat oven to 450~. Heat olive oil and add
scallops; cook 1 minute. Transfer to large bowl with tomato, onion,
jalapeno chile, 1 tb cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper;
toss. Spread evenly over crust. Top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes.
Garnish with 2 tb cilantro. Per Slice: 270 Cal, 11 gr Fat.
