Fast Healthy 9/92 Cheese slices, cut in 2x1/4"

SALAD DRESSING
1 pk (8oz, 5 1/2c) uncooked 1/4 c White wine vinegar
Spinach noodles 1 tb Lemon juice
4 oz Cooked xtra lean ham slices, 1 tb Olive oil
Cut in 2 x 1/4" strips 1 tb Water
1 sm Red onion, thinly sliced, 1/4 c Chopped fresh basil
Separated into rings 1/4 ts Salt
4 c Fresh spinach, cut into 1/4 ts Pepper
3 X1/4" strips 2 cl Garlic, minced
4 oz Lowfat part skim mozzarella
Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. drain; rinse
with cold water. Meanwhile, in jar with tight fitting lid, combine
all dressing ingredients; shake well.
In large bowl, combine cooked noodles and remaining salad
ingredients; toss lightly. Pour dressing over salad mixture; toss
lightly to coat. 6 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
Per serving: 260 calories, 16 g protein, 30 g carbohydrate, 4 g
fiber, 8 g fat, 55 mg cholesterol, 520 mg sodium, 460 mg potassium, 2
starch and 2 lean meat exchanges.
