20 oz Spinach, chopped; frozen -cubed
1/4 c Flour, all-purpose 4 sl Cheese, natural brick; cubed
1/4 c Butter (or marg.); melted 12 oz Cheese, cottage
3 Eggs; beaten Salt; to taste
4 sl Cheese, American process; Pepper; to taste
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Gradually add
flour to butte,r blending until smooth; add to spinach along with
remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-1/2 quart casserole. Bake at
350 degrees for 1 hour.
