3 md Potatoes, boiled 2 tb Low sodium soy sauce
2 Egg whites 1 pk (10oz) thawed, drained
2 tb Skim milk Chopped spinach
Process all ingredients except spinach until smooth. Add spinach and
blend until smooth. Bake in a sprayed baking dish at 375F. 15-20
minutes until puffed and golden brown. Makes 4-5 servings.
