20 oz Spinach, chopped; thawed 1/2 ts Nutmeg, ground
1 md Green onion; chopped 1 ts Sugar
1 md Green pepper; chopped 1/4 ts Pepper
1 1/2 ts Chili powder 1 c Breadcrumbs; fine
2 tb Margarine; melted 3 Eggs; beaten
1 ts Salt
Press water from spinach; add remaining ingredients, blending well.
Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 300 degrees
for 45 to 50 minutes.
