2 c Kraft Creamy Golden Salad 4 To 6 Boneless Chicken
Dressing -Breasts
1 tb Vanilla Monterey Jack Cheese -- for
ds Basil -garnish
ds Oregano Bacon Slices -- for garnish
1/4 c Soy Sauce
Combine all ingredients. Marinate boneless breasts for 12 hours.
Remove from marinade and grill chicken until done. To serve, sprinkle
generously with Monterey Jack cheese and a slice of bacon that has
been cooked to the rare stage. Slide chicken under broiler to melt
cheese and crisp bacon. Serve on a bed of rice. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
