1 ts Vegetable oil 2 ts Fresh tarragon -- minced or
3/4 lb Flank stead 1 tb Fresh parsley -- minced mix
3/4 ts Salt W/
1/2 ts Pepper 1/2 ts Dried tarragon -- crumbled
1 Red onion -- cut 1/2" 1 12" pizza crust
Wedges 1 c Fontina cheese -- diced
1/2 c Green onions -- sliced
Preheat oven to 450~. Heat oil over high heat. Sprinkle steak with
salt and pepper. Cook 1 minutes per side. Slice thin. Add onion to
skillet; cook 2 minutes. Transfer onion to bowl with green onions and
tarragon. Arrange evenly on crust. Top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes.
