2 tb Lemon juice -seasoning
2 tb Worcestershire sauce 1 ts Seasoned pepper
2 tb Molasses 2 lb Sirloin steak
1 ts Seasoned salt or Creole Mushroom Sauce
-----------------------MUSHROOM SAUCE----------------------------
1/4 c Butter or margarine 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced 1/2 ts Hot sauce
Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well; pour into a large
shallow dish. Add steak; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour,
turning once.
Drain steak, reserving marinade. Grill over hot coals 8 to 12
minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting
frequently with marinade. Serve Mushroom Sauce over steak. Yield: 6
servings.
MUSHROOM SAUCE:
Melt butter in a large skillet; add remaining ingredients, and
cook over low heat 15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Yield:
about 1-1/2 cups.
