Hands. 1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T Lemon juice 1/2 t Thyme
2 t Dijon mustard 1 1/2 c Yogurt
2 t Horseradish 1 1/2 c Plain breadcrumbs
1 t Garam Masala 4 ea Skinless, boneless chicken
1 T Soy sauce -breasts
2 lg Garlic cloves, crushed Salt and pepper to taste
Put yogurt in medium-size bowl. Add lemon juice, mustard,
horseradish, soy sauce, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix
thoroughly. Place breadcrumbs in separate bowl, adding Garam Masala,
thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. Rinse chicken
and pat dry. Dip each breast first in yogurt mixture, covering top
and bottom. Next, roll each piece in breadcrumbs, coating the
chicken. Place chicken in baking pan, meaty side up, and bake 45-50
minutes in a 350 F. oven. Serves 4. From: Steve Herrick Source:
