12 Manicotti shells, cooked 1/4 c Parmesan cheese
Water 1 T Parsley flakes
Salt 4 c Italian meat sauce mix
1 pt Ricotta cheese Romano and/or parmesan cheee
1 Egg, beaten
Cook manicotti in boiling salted water according to package
directions. In medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan
cheese and parsley flakes. Blend well. Stuff into cooked manicotti
shells. Preheat oven to 350. Place 1 cup of italian cooking sauce in
bottom of 13 x 9 baking pan. Place stuffed manicotti shells on top of
sauce. Pour remaining sauce over top of shells. Sprinkle with romano
and/or parmesan cheese, for garnish. Cover with foil and bake 30
