1/2 c Water 1/4 c White vinegar
5 tb Corn Starch 2 c Chicken Broth
3/4 c Brown Sugar 2 c Water
1 ts Salt 2 c Rice
1 c Pineapple chunks, drained 1/2 c Thinly sliced onion
2 c Chicken Mix 3/4 c Thinly sliced green peppe
2 tb Soy sauce 2 Tomatoes, cut in wedges
Combine 1/2 c water, cornstarch, brown sugar and salt. Add pineapple
juice and cook for 5 to 7 min. Add chicken mix, soy sauce and
vinegar. Cook for 15 more min. Cook rice in 2 c water and broth. Add
pineapple chunks, onion slices, green peppers cooking till veg are
tender. Add tomatoes just before serving. Serve on rice.
