1 lb Ground turkey; 1 ts Lite soy sauce;
3/4 c Multi-bran Chex crushed; 1/4 ts Ground ginger;
1/4 c Onion; chopped 16 oz Frozen oriental/mixed
1/4 c Cholesterol-free egg product Vegetables;prepared to
Or 1 egg beaten Package directions
2 tb Fresh parsley; chopped 1 c Prepared sweet sour sauce;
1 Clove garlic;minced Hot cooked rice;(optional)
In medium bowl combine turkey6, cereal, onion, egg, parsley, garlic,
soy sauce and ginger. Mix well. Using 1 rounded tablespoon meat
mixture for each, shape into 2-inch balls. Brown meatballs in
lightly greased skillet over medium heat, turning often add water;
cover and cook over low heat 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink,
stirring gently until meatballs are coated and sauce and vegetables
are warm. Serve over rice if desired.
