1 c Quaker Oats, uncooked -- undrained
-- (quick or old-fashioned) 2 tb Sliced almonds (optional)
16 oz Vanilla yogurt 2 c Sliced strawberries
-- nonfat or lowfat -- fresh or frozen
8 oz Crushed pineapple in juice
In medium bowl, combine oats, yogurt, pineapple and almonds; mix well.
Cover, refrigerate overnight or up to 4 days. To serve, layer oat
mixture and strawberries in 4 parfait glasses. Garnish with
additional strawberries, if desired. Serve chilled.
