Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

3 tb Chopped Onion -ground
2 tb Green Pepper -- chopped 2 tb Chili Powder
3 Cloves Garlic -- minced 1 cn (16 Oz) Tomatoes
2 tb Vegetable Oil 1 cn (16 Oz) Pinto Beans
1 lb Lean Ground Beef -- coarsely

Saute onions, green pepper, and garlic in vegetable oil until tender.
Add ground beef and brown thoroughly. Add chili powder, tomatoes, and
beans. Heat thoroughly, adding water it needed. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
