Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

12 oz Plain yogurt 1 tb Dijon mustard
6 oz Light olive oil Salt to taste
1 Juice of lemon Pepper to taste
1 tb Brown mustard Various herbs

Mix all ingredients together. It should be the consistency of ranch
dressing. If too thick, thin with more oil.

Makes approximately 1-1/2 cups, or about 24 servings.
