2 T Lemon juice 1/2 c Nonfat yogurt
2 Cloves garlic, minced 1 1/2 t Chives
2 t Dried parsley 1/4 t Parmesan cheese
-dash salt.
In a small saucepan, stir the lemon juice and yogurt until thoroughly
mixed. Add all other ingredients and stir thoroughly. Set flame on
oven to medium low and stir constantly, reducing sauce until thick.
Spread over two grilled swordfish steaks.
