1 lb Ground beef
1 tb Margarine
1 ea Onion; sliced
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 tb Steak sauce
19 oz Can tomatoes
3 md Potatoes; thinly sliced
3 md Carrots; scraped thickly
-sliced
2 ea Stalks celery; diced
4 ea Split hot biscuits
Brown beef lightly in margarine, stirring with fork to break up
meat. Add onion; cook 5 minutes longer. Add remaining ingredients,
except hot biscuits; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered,
30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve on hot biscuits.
