2 lb Xtra Lean Boneless
- Pork, In 1" Cubes
1 lb Boneless Beef Chuck,
- Cut Into 1" Cubes
1 lg Green Bell Pepper,
- Cored, Seeded
- Chopped
2 cl Garlic, Minced
28 oz Canned Whole Tomatoes,
- Mashed
4 oz Canned green chile
-peppers, drained,
-seeded chopped
2 tb Dried parsley flakes
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Cumin, ground
2 Whole cloves
1/2 c Beef broth
Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir thoroughly.
Cover. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Adjust seasonings before
serving.
