2 lb Ground beef 2 ts Salt
1 lg Onion, chopped 28 oz Can ranch-style beans,
14 1/2 oz Can tomatoes, with liquid, -undrained
-cut up 10 1/2 oz Pkg. corn chips
12 oz Can tomato paste 2 c Hot cooked rice
15 oz Can tomato puree
--------------------------TOPPINGS-------------------------------
2 c (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, 3 md Tomatoes, chopped
-shredded 2 1/4 oz Can sliced ripe olives,
1 md Onion, chopped -drained
1 ea Head iceberg lettuce, 1 c Picante sauce, optional
-chopped
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown beef and onion; drain. Add
next 7 ingredients; simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add beans and heat
through. On a platter, layer the corn chips, rice, meat mixture,
cheese, onion, lettuce, tomatoes and olives. Serve with picante
