1/2 lb Processed Cheddar Cheese -over medium heat,
3/4 c Light cream Stirring occasionally,
1 t Worcestershire sauce -until cheese has melted.
1/2 t Dry mustard 3 ea Toast 4 slices of bread and
4 sl Bread -place each slice on a
1 ea Cut cheese into thin slices -separate plate.
-and place them in top of a 4 lb Some of the hot melted
-double boiler. -cheese mixture over each
2 ea Add cream, Worcestershire -piece of toast.
-sauce, and mustard. Cook Makes 4 servings.
