8 sl White bread 1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
Butter 1 Egg, slightly beaten
1/2 lb Ground beef 3/4 c Milk
1/4 c Chopped onion 1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Chopped celery Dash of pepper
1 tb Prepared mustard 1/8 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Salt
Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Toast the bread; buttering both
sides. Cook and stir meat, onion, celery, prepared mustard and 1/2
tsp. of salt until meat is brown and onion is tender. Alternate
layers of toast, meat mixture and cheese in a greased baking pan, 9 x
9 x 2 inches. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over layers in the pan.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes. Randy
