See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 cn Garbanzo beans, drained and 1/2 t Salt
-rinsed (chick peas) 1/2 t Cayenne pepper (1/4 t if
1/4 t Ground cumin -you don't like them spicy)*
* Instead of salt and cayenne try 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning salt.
Turn on the broiler. In a bowl, toss the drained beans with the
seasonings. Spread onto a cookie sheet. Place under the broiler about
4 inches away from the flame. Broil for 2 minutes and stir the beans.
Broil for 2 more minutes and stir again. Broil for at least 2 more
minutes until they are golden brown and crunchy. Watch so they don't
burn. Let cool and store in an airtight container. SOURCE:* Mother
