2 md Avocados 4 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Onions; chopped 1 lg Tomato, ripe; chopped
1/2 lb Tofu, soft Black pepper and cayenne to
1/2 ts Salt -taste
1 md Garlic clove; crushed Parsley; chopped, for
1/4 ts Cumin, ground -garnish
Mash avocados and add in remaining ingredients. Mash together all but
parsley. Leave avocado seed in dip so it doesn't turn brown. Chill
dip for 2 hours. Serve cold.
