See below ingredients and instructions
1 lb. tofu 1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. minced onion 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
2/3 c. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. peanut butter (opt.)
1/4 c. soy sauce or Bragg Liquid Aminos 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
COMBINE all ingredients, and FORM balls or patties. Balls can be baked at 350° for 30
minutes, or patties can be baked or pan ?fried? in nonstick skillet. Also, an excellent
spread just as it is!
