1 c Toasted oat cereal
1 c Old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 c Shredded coconut
1/2 c Whole unsalted almonds
1/2 c Wheat germ
1/2 c Shelled unsalted sunflower
Seeds
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Honey
1/4 c Light corn syrup
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 ts Almond extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, stir together first 7
ingredients. In a medium bowl, use medium speed of an electric mixer
to beat remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour honey mixture
over dry ingredients, stirring until well coated. Spread evenly on a
greased baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 mins or until brown. Cool
completely in pan. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
Makes about 5 1/2 cups. Can be doubled or tripled.
