1/2 pk Creamette Angel Hair, cooked -drained (6 oz ea)
-as package directs and 1 c Part skim ricotta cheese
-drained 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
4 c Small fresh broccoli 3/4 c Borden or Meadow Gold
-flowerets, steamed -Lowfat Milk
-OR 1 t Italian seasoning
1 pk Frozen chopped broccoli, 3/4 t Garlic salt
-thawed (10 oz) 1 sm Red bell pepper, seeded and
2 cn StarKist Select Solid Light -coarsely chopped
-Tuna in Spring Water, well 2 tb Margarine or butter
In small bowl, combine StarKist Select Tuna, cheese, milk, Italian
seasoning and garlic salt; mix well. In large skillet, over medium
heat, cook bell pepper in maragrine until tender. Stir in tuna
mixture then angel hair and broccoli. Mix well. Heat through. Serve
immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
