15 1/2 oz Can great northern beans, 1/2 ts Dried dill weed
-drained and rinsed 1 ts Oil
1/2 lb Lean ground turkey 1/4 c Fat free sour cream
1/2 c Soft bread crumbs 1 tb Dijon mustard
1/2 c Shredded carrots
In medium bowl, lightly mash 3/4 cup of the beans with a fork. Add
remaining beans, turkey, bread crumbs, carrot, and dill; mix well.
Shape into 6 1/2" thick patties. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet
until hot. cook patties 10-15 minutes or until no longer pink,
turning once during cooking. In small bowl, combine sour cream and
mustard; blend well. Serve sauce with patties.
Per serving: 150 cal., 12g pro., 14g carb., 3g fiber, 5g fat, 29mg
chol., 230 mg sod., 190mg pot, 1 starch and 1 1/2 lean meat exchanges.
