Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lb Ground turkey breast 1/4 lb Zucchini -- diced
1 sm Onion -- chopped 1/4 c Dill pickle -- chopped
1 ea Garlic clove -- minced 1 ts Dried basil
1 ts Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Pepper
1 lb Fresh tomatoes -- chopped

In a skillet, brown turkey, onion and garlic in oil. Add remaining
ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes or until the turkey
is cooked and zucchini is tender. Yield: 6 servings. Diabetic
Exchanges: One serving equals 3 lean meat, 1 vegetable; also, 135
calories, 104 mg sodium, 47 mg cholesterol, 5 gm carbohydrate, 21 gm
protein, 3 gm fat.
