In saucepan, bring 2 quarts -rice and 1/4 c. chopped
-Grandma's chicken soup to -parsley. Season to
-a boil. Add 1/4 Taste with salt and pepper.
c White wine, 3 c. cooked

--------------------CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP-------------------------
In saucepan bring 2 quarts Noodles and boil until
-G.C.S. to a boil. Add 2 -tender, about 3-5 minutes.
-c. (4 oz) fine egg

------------------CHICKEN DUMPLINGS SOUP-----------------------
In medium bowl, combine 3 More water if necessary)
-c. flour and 2 t. salt. -Shape into ball. Divide in
-Cut in 1/3 c. -half. On
Shortening until mixture Floured surface, roll out
-resembles cornmeal. -half of dough 1/8 inch
Add 1 beaten egg and 1/2 c. -thick. Cut into 2x1
-water; knead until dough Inch strips.
-is formed. (Add Repeat with remaining dough.

In saucepan bring 2 quarts G.C.S. to a boil. Drop in dumplings, stir.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
